ever since the renewed advanced options menu dropped i havent found the option to turn on the skulls for singleplayer, do i have to unlock it or something?

Skulls menu is in the Cartographer Menu, press HOME button when starting campaign and what not I do believe. Haven't tried skulls out yet, maybe I should do that one day.
