Hey! I've been having the game for some time now but still kept searching for a solution to this. F7 for borderless causes frame drops and lag, and Full Screen severe tearing. I couldn't even get RivaTuner's Scanline Sync to work. I wasn't able to find anything when searching regarding the fix...
