Hey guys, I posted a while ago but thanks to you guys I got everything working so far. I've been testing everything on a multiplayer map by myself.
THE ONLY ISSUE IS when I play the campaign I am getting stutters I dont get on Multiplayer? Like its not an fps drop but its like when I shake my mouse left and right there are visible stutters or something.. and no its not like screen tearing its like actual skipping or something

i7-8700k
GTX 1080 TI
16GB DDR4 RAM
