Well, my issue was my NBN connection, something was up as the connection was for some reason on the back up mobile data connection or something like that, also sorry man, I can't really help cause the way I fixed it was take all the cords out of the internet box and put them back in lol, and I use a wireless connection for my potato laptop lol.
