H2V Achievements (with Launcher)

Just a quick question, I have actually bought a brand new copy of H2V (I know, found it at a mom and pop shop) and was wanting to play MP and as of right now I can earn achievements, if I download the launcher will I still be able to get achievements for campaign as well as the multiplayer?

No you cannot earn Xbox achievements if you have Cartographer installed (the launcher installs Cartographer to your game). Getting multiplayer achievements is not possible without using cheats/hacks

You can always play the game without the launcher mate. Cartographer is focused on multiplayer aspect of the game.
