Loading Screen Glitch

I finished Gravemind, but instead of going to Uprising, the loading screen glitches and freezes. I turn the computer off and I had to start all over where I had last saved, about 2/3 of Gravemind. I redid it and after finishing the level, it happened again. The loading screen freezed and glitched. What’s going on, how can I fix this and how do I prevent it in the future? I’m using a Windows 10 btw.

I had previously been playing the game on my old computer. I had to get a new computer when I was at Gravemind. I had to restart the game with my new computer. Since Gravemind was the last level I played on my old computer, does this possibly have anything to do with it?
