My specs are:
Intel pentium at 2.666 ghz
Integrated graphics at 800~ mhz dedicated, 1,700 mhz shared.
8gb ram
This used to run Project Cartographer at the max at my native resolution, 720p 60fps with no hiccups. Then after a few updates, I can't even run the game at 800x600 30. Any Idea of what happened? Moreover a fix?

Can you post more detailed specs please? Pentiums have been around for almost 2 decades so I dont really know what you have. Also, have you tried turning the fps limiter on or off?

I have turned it off and on, no effect on performance. I believe it's a pentium N3540, but again, I had no trouble running this before. I did reinstall the game since, however it only allows me to run the game at 720p 30, with plenty of dips.
