hi, i have installed Project Cartographer in the last version of Halo 2 in Elamigos, but Project Cartographer doesn't work in this version, and the game show this message

after i go to the link, i download a update for the game, but when i install the update for the game, the game still showing me the same warning, and the link in this page to download the update is down, i need help, thx
