I have checked Radeon software and there are no new updates; my computer blue screens usually at random with no cause nor does the QR code on the blue screen gets me any good answers.

all my hardware is updated, there are no new Radeon drivers to install.

I always get the "thread stuck in device" code

During my playthrough of the Halo 2 campaign (Project Cartographer), my computer blue screens if it has to load something or randomly, then once I restart the computer I have to restart the entire campaign level. Checkpoint saves don't work either, I have restarted The Arbiter mission 4 times...
