That was the issue. I mistakingly thought it said I could not load them from the campaign option.

No npcs, vehicles, or weapons show up on the first map and the 2nd two act like a regular multiplayer map with no npcs, only vehicles and weapons. Can someone tell me what Im doing wrong?
