Hello again. Whenever I play campaign, it always says cant record the achievments because checkpoint doesn't match with live. How do i fix this?

Sup, I just got the game a few days ago. I'm wondering if anybody here occasionally plays online, because I haven't seen a single server up at all. Is the server service closed or is it still up?
