some friends can't start the halo 2 launcher! how can i fix it? :( they tried with admin rights, everything and nothing works.

This bug only happens on PC multiplayer. On Xbox multiplayer works normally. A great example from Xbox: http://youtu.be/aEA07nbCpKQ?t=2m35s Maybe with a future update of the Project Cartographer or some patch can we fix it?
