Halo 2 Crashes On Launch [Resolved] Fixed Uninstall Problem

The game either crashes on launch or just after the intro, I am using project cartographer. I have updated the game fully multiple times. Please help

Reinstall your halo 2 and let us know if it worked.

I assume its an issue with your maps not being installed correctly.

I tried to reinstall but it isnt letting me even though Ive uninstalled it.

I figured out my previous post. I went through the registry and deleted Halo 2 related stuff, then I searched my D: drive for anything related to Halo 2. Ill continue to work towards fixing my original problem.

[Make sure to close the installer before you do all this]

Anyone attempting to fix the same problem I am.
1. Go to run
2. Type Regedit
3. Save a version of the registry for safety
4. Ctrl F, "Halo 2"
5. Keep searching and deleting registry files till you finish

Part 2 [Be Careful please]
1. Search all drives with the term "Halo"
2. Delete all that relates to Halo 2, be careful not to delete other things, look on the right of the file to see where it is stored and make the judgement by yourself.
3. Make sure you got everything and re run the Halo 2 installer, it should work.

I just reinstalled it and it worked. Thank you to everyone who helped.
