how do i custom vehicles or weapons to h2?

HELLOOO HALO PLAYERSSSS i have Assembly master the latest version and i managed to edit the in game map stuff but how do i add new modded weapons or vehicles i also have sapien and guerila but sapien always just closes with no error message or anything when i open a scenario can anyone tell me also why that is happening? thanks
