How do you create dedicated server?

What ports do I need to open? Is there any other firewall settings that I need to disable etc. Is there special server application to run as well to auto rotate games after their finished?

Also UFShadowteddy is there going to be improvements to lag and netcode on the client itself in the future?

If and when you do release the software for creating dedicated servers, will it be like the dedicated server software interface with Halo CE PC, and former GFWL Halo 2 Vista?

I am anxious to host servers because i would like to make a website with leadership boards, and stuff like that for many other online games with dedicated server hosting. I know how to program.
