How does the H2 Launcher work?

Hi, I was wondering what exactly the launcher does in order to display servers?(which it isnt atm)... does it read/write any h2 memory at all?

To my knowledge, The H2 launcher provides fixes such as FOV, Classic Rank Enabled Servers (which should be up atm) The Ability to custom tweak your max FPS and the ability to toggle V-Sync. If you want to set it up, your best bet is to go here:
