I got banned...

I recently purchased a copy of Halo 2 Vista (again) since it was shutdown and made a brand new account for Project Cartographer after i heard it was back online. I got my account set up and typed in my login in the Halo 2V Launcher and then i got a message saying i was banned. Any help with appealing my ban? Much help is appreciated.
