Just a couple of feature suggestions off the top of my head.

I'm sure that most of these are ones you get asked about incessantly, and if so... I'm sorry.

Anyways, here we go:

1) Better Server Management
That is, being able to kick\ban people from a game room on the fly.
Maybe an external server host's tool?
2) The ability to disable "X Delaying"
Because X-Delaying beyond all comprehension is sooooooooooo annoying when people are trolling.
3) Lock team slayer to two teams only (Red and Blue)

As for the X-delaying, all the dedicated servers have the X-Delay tool.

Its also on the downloads page on this site. I urge you to download it if you are hosting games.
