Can't download Halo 2 Full Game Installer + Mod

When I try to download the Full Game Installer + Mod. It says it can't connect to server. I've tried different browsers and another PC.

But how come when I try to install it from the official page: https://www.cartographer.online
It won't download.

I have bittorrent installed.

i clicked your link and the download started. might be an issue on your end, on your isp's end. hard to say

I am also able to use both links. Are you on a home ISP or a work/institutional ISP? Our site might be blocked for you
