Can't sign up via Halo2

Hey new to Halo 2, and I've followed the guide and video, getting the game to run isn't an issue, the only problem is, each time I go to create an account, it tells me there is something "broken" and won't let me sign up and to contact an admin. I've let it through firewall, and I don't currently run any AV Software that would interfere with the game itself.

I've used multiple emails and none of them have gotten through.

it might help if you post the exact message you're getting. if it's saying "broken" post a screenshot of that

Idk if you're still having issues but if you are you should talk to an admin on the Discord instead of trying to reach someone here on the forum.
